According to the 6th edition, you would only cite the Bible in-text and not put it on your References page (unless your professor requests that you do so). You would cite the book of the Bible with the chapter and verse. You would give the version of the Bible in parentheses. Example 1 Cor. 13:1 (New International Version)
According to the 7th edition, you would cite the Bible as a book both in-text and on your References page. In-text example: He vowed to "set me as a seal upon thine heart" (King James Bible, 1769/2017, Song of Solomon 8:6). On References page: King James Bible. (2017).
